Däckverket acquires Däckcenter in Ulricehamn
Däckverket announces that on January 19, 2026, the company completed the acquisition of Däckcenter i Ulricehamn AB, located in Västra Götaland County. The acquisition is in line with Däckverket’s strategy of acquiring high-quality repair shops with strong entrepreneurial leadership and a clear local presence.

Ulricehamn is strategically located along the route between Borås and Jönköping, on Highway 40, which is one of the region’s key transportation corridors. The area is characterized by a vibrant business community and a strong focus on commuting and logistics, where accessibility and reliable service are central to the daily lives of both residents and businesses.
