Däckverket acquires CEWE Däck in Munka-Ljungby
Däckverket announces that on May 28, 2025, the company completed the acquisition of CEWE Däck i Munka Ljungby AB, located in Munka-Ljungby, Skåne County.
CEWE Däck
CEWE Däck has been owned by the Nielsen Wardinghus family for about six years through the Vulkan Group, led by Henrik Nielsen Wardinghus. The business, which is evenly split between passenger and light commercial vehicles, has been managed on an operational level by the workshop staff, with support from Henrik. Following the acquisition, day-to-day operations will continue to be handled by the staff, but with active support from Däckverket.

The acquisition of CEWE Däck in Munka Ljungby is Däckverket’s eleventh acquisition and its fifth in 2025.

A region of great interest
Munka-Ljungby is a thriving community in the municipality of Ängelholm in northwestern Skåne, strategically located near both the E6 and E4 highways and close to Helsingborg, Ängelholm, and Halmstad. The area is characterized by a strong small-business sector and a diversified economic structure that includes manufacturing, logistics, and service companies.
CEWE serves customers in logistics, construction, agriculture, and the public sector. Customers are located throughout most of Skåne. In addition, the workshop has a private customer base with relationships that are highly valued.
