Erik Rydheimer has been appointed COO of Däckverket
Däckverket announces that Erik Rydheimer will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the group on January 12, 2026. This appointment is a natural step in Däckverket’s growth journey and aims to further strengthen operational support for the entrepreneur-led workshops within the group.
Focus on support for entrepreneurs and workshops
Däckverket is a group of high-quality tire service shops, each of which is run by dedicated entrepreneurs with strong local ties. In his role as COO, Erik will work closely with the shops, focusing on improvement initiatives, the design and implementation of work processes, digitalization, and the exchange of best practices among the shops.

Erik most recently comes from Glimra Biltvätt, where he helped build the company from the ground up. During his tenure, Glimra established itself as a strong and modern player in the market, with clear procedures, digital support, and a structure that enabled efficient expansion. Glimra was acquired earlier this year by OKQ8.
