D\u00e4ckverket announces that on May 27, 2025, the company completed the acquisition of HB D\u00e4ck Br B\u00e5ng AB, located in Ume\u00e5, V\u00e4sterbotten County. With this acquisition, D\u00e4ckverket strengthens its strong position in Norrland and establishes itself in one of Sweden\u2019s many dynamic regional hubs where academia, business, and entrepreneurship work together to create a foundation for growth.<\/p>\n
Harry B\u00e5ng, who founded HB D\u00e4ck back in 1983, is still actively involved in the business. Brothers Fredrik and Kristoffer B\u00e5ng have worked at the shop since childhood and have been running it for about 10 years. The facility in Ersboda offers all types of tire services, as well as a full-service auto repair shop. HB D\u00e4ck is the largest in Ume\u00e5 in terms of the number of passenger car customers.<\/p>\n
Ume\u00e5 is one of Sweden\u2019s fastest-growing cities and serves as a dynamic hub for innovation, education, and business in northern Sweden.
