This appointment is a natural step in D\u00e4ckverket\u2019s growth journey and aims to further strengthen operational support for the entrepreneur-led workshops within the group.<\/p>\n
D\u00e4ckverket is a group of high-quality tire service shops, each of which is run by dedicated entrepreneurs with strong local ties. In his role as COO, Erik will work closely with the shops, focusing on improvement initiatives, the design and implementation of work processes, digitalization, and the exchange of best practices among the shops.<\/p>\n \u201cMy experience tells me that a great deal is possible when you combine clear processes, innovation, and a dedicated team. In my role at D\u00e4ckverket, I will focus on further developing and streamlining our existing structure\u2014while respecting the local entrepreneurship that each workshop represents. I want to help create smarter ways of working and contribute to our growth together, as a cohesive yet decentralized organization.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Erik most recently comes from Glimra Biltv\u00e4tt, where he helped build the company from the ground up. During his tenure, Glimra established itself as a strong and modern player in the market, with clear procedures, digital support, and a structure that enabled efficient expansion. Glimra was acquired earlier this year by OKQ8.<\/p>\n \u201cErik brings a combination of operational acumen, a strong understanding of organizational structures, and humility in approaching the unique circumstances of every business\u2014which is exactly what we need at this stage of D\u00e4ckverket\u2019s development.
