D\u00e4ckverket announces that on January 19, 2026, the company completed the acquisition of D\u00e4ckcenter i Bor\u00e5s AB in V\u00e4stra G\u00f6taland County. The acquisition is in line with D\u00e4ckverket\u2019s strategy of acquiring high-quality service centers run by skilled entrepreneurs with strong local roots.<\/p>\n

The Bor\u00e5s region has long been known for its entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong heritage in trade and textiles, as well as a modern business sector where logistics and distribution have become a clear area of strength.
